GitHub retires the macos-14 runner image by November 2, 2026. Jobs on it fail during the scheduled brownouts in October. See actions/runner-images#13046.
This PR moves the macos-14 job to macos-26. CI still runs on two macOS versions, because the macos-15 job stays. Each job keeps its Go version.
The TinyGo repository made the same change in tinygo-org/tinygo#5899.
