Replaces the duplicated command reference and long examples with canonical portal links. Retains the docs-first README, agent skill link, and an unfunded create/unlock/address/lock Quick Start with seed-handling and local-daemon guidance. Pins installation to published CLI beta.6 and incorporates current
main; the PR diff remains README-only.Portal dependencies: WDK Docs #281 and its stacked Indexer/provider migration draft #293. Keep this PR draft until the corresponding documentation is deployed and CLI publication is aligned.
Validation on Node 22.22.2: the published beta.6 package passed installation, wallet creation, five-minute unlock, Ethereum address derivation, explicit lock, and locked-state readback in an isolated unfunded environment with secret output suppressed. README structure, shell syntax, local links, seven canonical documentation URLs, and the README diff check passed. No transactions sent; no runtime or dependency edits.
