move-in script and files.

mac/      current: ghostty + tmux + zsh + finicky on macOS.   ./mac/install.sh
legacy/ the old unix/linux-desktop stuff (tcsh, xmonad, X11, fish, …), kept for reference.

mac/home-bin/ is linked into ~/bin (on PATH); mac/bin/ is linked into ~/.local/bin.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
mac/ cheat sheet                                          (prefix = C-b)

layout
  ghostty always opens into tmux session "main" t <name> attach-or-create a session
  prefix | / - split (keeps cwd) prefix S new session prefix R rename
  prefix h j k l      move between panes             prefix s  session/window tree
  prefix H J K L resize (repeatable) prefix C set this session's color by hand
  prefix < > move window left/right prefix = even out panes
  mouse: click panes/windows, wheel scrolls; pane borders can't be dragged.

colors
  each session gets an accent from its name (main = purple), used by the status badge,
  the current window tab and the active pane border. Remote tmux (started over ssh)
  puts its bar at the TOP, local stays at the bottom.

nested tmux
  prefix b send C-b to the inner tmux
  F12 put the outer tmux to sleep (badge goes grey "OFF"); F12 again wakes it

copy / paste
  drag with the mouse, or prefix [ then v … y -> macOS clipboard (OSC 52; works nested + ssh)
  cmd+v pastes anywhere. shift+drag = native ghostty selection, bypassing tmux.

links
  cmd+click a URL -> Finicky (default browser) applies ~/.finicky.js rules
    + option -> Firefox Dev    + shift -> Chrome Canary    + fn -> Safari
  prefix u fzf list of URLs in the pane: enter open · ctrl-b pick browser · ctrl-y copy

status bar (right)
  203.0.113.7 v6 zt
    ip public IPv4 (dimmed briefly right after a network change, until rechecked)
    v6       green = IPv6 works; grey struck-through = no IPv6
    zt green zt = ZeroTier up AND the probe host answers
             yellow zt? = ZeroTier has an address, but no probe host is set
             red zt! = joined but not OK, or probe host unreachable
             pink ZT→ = default route goes over ZeroTier (shown next to zt/zt?/zt!)
             no zt = ZeroTier not installed / no networks joined
  probe host: echo 10.1.2.3 > ~/.config/hobo/zt-probe   (or host:port for a TCP check)
  `./install.sh --zerotier` lets zerotier-cli run without sudo (more precise status);
  otherwise it's inferred from feth/zt interfaces.
