Replace the clean-room-only hero with an illustrative research, build, test and release cycle. Add CSS motion, an explicit pause checkbox and reduced-motion support. Embed the edited README Proof demo and raw walkthrough with native controls, playsinline and preload=none. Clearly label both as shipped example videos rather than a live unattended factory run. Restrict CSP media to the release source and asset host. Validation: all 22 factory tests pass; live browser confirms the gallery and native playback controls. Product Hunt stays draft-only.
