Public resources previously used no-store and registered startup repeated session verification. Add SHA-256 asset versions, immutable caching only for matching versions, ETag conditional responses and HEAD support. Keep APIs no-store and all authorization checks intact. Reuse verified session on startup. Add a pinned package quick start and release evidence links before registration, plus truthful social metadata.
Validation: 22 factory tests pass. Local conditional responses reduce unchanged body transfer from 28,959 bytes to zero, excluding headers/network overhead. Registered startup requests fall from five to four including health. Live browser confirmed the example and content version stylesheet URL. No measured latency or conversion claims; no Product Hunt publication.
