These changes were reported in a draft of the 8.12-RC1 release notes, but 8.10 was the actual release vehicle.

Overview
Documents Redis Search 8.10 behavior in the hybrid-search and aggregation docs.

FT.HYBRID: Adds the optional EXPLAINSCORE flag to the command schema and syntax, with full reference text (nested score explanation for RRF/LINEAR, no WITHSCORES needed, not allowed with GROUPBY) and a new Explain hybrid scores example. TIMEOUT is clarified to tie into search-on-timeout (partial results + warnings vs error).

Aggregations: search-max-aggregate-results is documented as also capping COLLECT reducer LIMIT offset/count, with the corresponding validation errors described in the COLLECT reducer section.
