Bump rattler to 0.55.3 and rattler-build to 0.2.22, which agree on rattler_cache 0.11, rattler_config 0.10, rattler_package_streaming 0.28 and rattler_upload 0.15. rattler_build_jinja 0.1.23 moved to minijinja 3, so the workspace follows: serde conversion is opt-in there, templates take `Into<Value>` contexts, and maps render with Python-style quoting. … --force` minijinja 3 follows Jinja2 in the `title` filter: a double quote no longer starts a new word, so the test passes its argument without embedded quotes. rattler_upload 0.15 added `--force` to the Cloudsmith upload command, so the generated CLI reference gains that flag. The rattler release includes conda/rattler#3059, which returns only the requested package from a sharded repodata shard. The conda-pypi channel serves alias shards whose records duplicated those of the canonical package, which made solving fail. The example no longer needs a patched rattler to lock.
