The building-from-source page sat at the bottom of the Reference sidebar, easy to miss now that more people want to build the Moderne Source Available License modules themselves. This moves it up to sit right after the licensing page, labels it "Building OpenRewrite from source" in the sidebar, and links to it from the Moderne Source Available License section of the licensing page.
