Prepares the Microsoft Edge Tools for VS Code extension’s 2.1.14 release by updating version metadata and release notes.
Changes:
- Bumps the extension version from 2.1.13 to 2.1.14 in both package files.
- Documents the auto-attach fix, large-workspace crash fix, and dependency updates.
- Corrects two PR link labels in the 2.1.13 changelog without changing their destinations.

Bumps the extension version from 2.1.13 to 2.1.14 in
package.jsonandpackage-lock.json.Adds a 2.1.14 changelog entry covering #5081 (auto-attach fix), #5083 (fix for crashes on large projects) and #5082 (dependency updates).
Also corrects the PR numbers shown in two 2.1.13 changelog links.
