Summary

• Add a Japanese, evidence-linked comparison of PHPantom and Phpactor UI behavior on fixed PHP 8.5 heads.
• Keep raw Worker items separate from Monaco-visible rows, and distinguish Worker RTT from request-to-row observation.
• Preserve screenshots/traces, synchronized fixtures, interim feedback, and isolated Playwright harnesses.
• Correct the Phpactor natural -> run: the earlier trace replaced the editor text and requested at line 0, character 2. The harness now moves the caret to document end after paste; a new run confirms the intended -> document/version/request and three visible rows.

• Real-browser evaluation in isolated Playwright contexts on Chrome 156.0.8078.47, UI-selected PHP 8.5.
