Align e-learning packaging and processing images with the supplied Hatch/Python 3.12 and Rocky models, recording classified service/tooling exceptions. Support the new locked course packages during initialization while retaining compatibility with existing releases. Align platform-owned Argo helpers and the optional Dask processing recipe.
Validation: the complete static audit has no remaining model differences; shell/Python checks and strict MkDocs build pass. Minikube evidence includes Mastering's 46 tests/six images, Patterns' sixteen cases, How-To's eleven cases, all three CWL and five STAC notebooks, and the additional real processing checks recorded in PLAN.md.
The user-approved choices are applied: Inline CC BY-SA metadata, Argo Apache-2.0 with verified wheel metadata, and configurable Dask TLS 1.2 defaults. Contract-First's current WIP is integrated in an isolated branch; all 56 tests and 14 practice notebooks pass Minikube, with draft PR eoap/eoap-contract-first#4. Original WIP remains untouched.
Dask gateway task connections still fail after fresh retries; Mastering full notebooks remain blocked by public S3 transfer timeouts. Other full/published-candidate gates remain documented. No stable promotion is included.
