Adds keyboard shortcuts for the Unified Diff toolbar so the view can be driven without the mouse.
Esc— Hide all diffsAlt+Enter— Accept current diffShift+Esc— Hide current diffShift+Alt+Enter— Accept all diffsThe Next/Previous toolbar actions now carry the compare-editor command IDs, so their bound shortcuts show in the tooltips. The per-diff commands resolve their diff from the hover toolbar when it is open and otherwise from the caret, so they work for keyboard-only use. All commands live in a new
org.eclipse.compare.unifiedDiffScopecontext that is active only while a Unified Diff is open.Fixes #2939
