Moves the explorer off DigitalOcean onto its own domains,
explorer.dusk.networkandexplorer.testnet.dusk.network.wrangler.jsonc: one build, two environments. The explorer already picks its node by hostname (Show the app's own 404 page, and know the explorer's own domains #318).static/_headers: long caching for hashed files under_app/immutable.No new dependency:
wrangleris run from outside the repo.Live on testnet from this branch: https://explorer.testnet.dusk.network/ . A browser smoke test at desktop and phone width had no errors on 16 page loads, and an unknown URL shows the app's own 404 page.
