Summary
Corrects the Network Interconnect locations table. Barcelona (Equinix BA1), Bordeaux (Equinix BX1), Manchester (Equinix MA1), and Durban (Digital Realty (Teraco) DB1) were listed as offering the v2 dataplane, but these sites are not open for new v2 interconnects. v1 availability at all four sites is unchanged.
The table is generated from inventory data. The generator now also checks whether each v2 device is open for service before listing it, which is why these four rows changed.
The diff also changes one emphasis marker from
