Summary

The anchor link [Specifying a Filetype or Delimiter](#specifying-a-filetype-or-delimiter) in the "Load a File" section of README.md points to a non-existent in-page anchor. This replaces it with the absolute URL to the hosted documentation page where the section lives.

Verified the target URL returns HTTP 200 and the anchor ID exists on the page.

Fixes #972

Note: Previously submitted as #1216 (personal fork, closed) and via Spork pipeline (but that targeted the stale dev branch). This is a clean resubmission against main.

The anchor link [Specifying a Filetype or Delimiter](#specifying-a-filetype-or-delimiter)
points to a non-existent in-page anchor. Replace with the absolute URL to the
hosted documentation page where the section actually lives.
