Adds agent86, an agentic CLI harness in Rust (MIT), at 1.0.15.

• Distribution: npx, agent86@1.0.15, args acp.
• Authentication: initialize returns one terminal auth method (terminal-setup, args ["auth"]), which runs agent86 auth to choose a provider and store its API key in the OS keyring. This landed in 1.0.15 for this registry's requirement.
• Icon: 16x16, currentColor only.
• Checked locally: the handshake returns the auth method, and the published npm packages install and run on Linux, macOS and Windows in the project's CI. I couldn't run verify_agents.py --auth-check on Windows because its select() calls on pipes fail there, so the registry's Linux CI will be the first full run of that check.
