What the release carries

• The fix: the WinHTTP Basic challenge fallback from UiPath/libgit2#18, brought in by nativebinaries #32. Clone, fetch and push over HTTPS on the default WinHTTP build now work against GitHub Enterprise Managed Users organisations. Those organisations send WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="GitHub" enterprise_hint="…" domain_hint="…", which used to fail with failed to parse supported auth schemes: The operation identifier is not valid.
• Unchanged paths: responses WinHTTP can already parse never reach the new code, and unusable challenges still fail after one request with the same error.
• Build change: nativebinaries chore: bump native binaries pin to natives-1.9.1-v9 STUD-81430 #32 also moved the win-arm64 build to the VS 2026 Arm runner, because GitHub's windows-11-arm image no longer has VS 2022. win-x64 is still built with VS 2022.

As with v9, this is four lines in one file, since the lockfile is the single pin.

Verification

• Pin: fetch.natives.ps1 -Force locally on Windows: the archive downloads, and its SHA256 matches both the release's .sha256 sidecar and the hash printed by the release build.
• Payload: the released win-x64 DLLs are the same size as the locally built and tested ones. The 55-scenario clone/fetch/push matrix against them (local smart-HTTP, HTTPS and proxy servers, all four DLL variants) gives the same result as for the local build: 37 identical to v9, 13 fixed (every GitHub EMU-style case), 5 changed but still failing, as described in UiPath/libgit2#18. The fix was also verified end to end in Studio, with clone and commit-and-push through the UI.
• CI: this PR's ci.yml run exercises Windows, Ubuntu and macOS.

After merge

1. Package: ci.yml publishes pkg-1.9.1-v<N> with the .nupkg, expected 1.9.1-v10.
2. Feed: push it to the UiPath-Internal feed. This is the manual step in .claude/skills/release-libgit2-natives/SKILL.md.
3. Studio: bump LibGit2Sharp.UiPath to that version in Directory.Build.studio.targets.
