Bind complete Drop flows to the TUnit test lifetime
The shared Drop flow applied a single 130-second restart-completion window to seeding, execution and two cold reopens. A healthy Debug run exceeded that window, so the second restart received an already-cancelled token.
Pass the existing TUnit lifetime token through the complete operation. Retain the existing per-host startup/shutdown cancellation bounds, joined cleanup, exact original receipts, healthy follow-up and both cold reopens. Explicit caller cancellation and committed-reply failure checks remain unchanged.
Validation: all three focused Drop flows passed without skips; the original lifecycle completed in 152 seconds. Full strict Debug solution build, format verification, governance, four compiled-inventory controls and canonical 3290-case census plus all five selectors passed. Full exact-source local and Linux qualification remain pending.1 parent 62abf19 commit b6518b4
